The online Bowdoin 目录 (www.买球平台.edu/directory) displays contact information for current students 和 benefits-eligible employees (faculty 和 staff); individuals also have the option to display pronouns 和 photos.

Depending on individual privacy settings, some information may display on the Bowdoin network only (i.e., while logged in to the BOWDOIN wireless network) 和 some information may not display at all.

The following 部门s manage the 目录: Communications 和 Public Affairs, 人力资源, 信息技术, the 司法常务官办公室, 及学生事务.

人力资源 manages employee data; the 司法常务官办公室 manages student data. Student Affairs provides feedback on the student experience of the directory. 信息技术 oversees the implementation 和 integrations required to display this data, 和 the Office of Communications 和 Public Affairs manages the design 和 display of this information.

人力资源 manages employee data in 工作日和 the OneCard office manages photos in CS Gold.

Your 目录 record (name, 位置, 部门, 电子邮件, 电话号码, 和 office location) is added by 人力资源 through the hiring 和 onboarding process.
Your 目录的照片 is added through the OneCard process. Your Bowdoin ID photo is your default photo.
你生前的名字 (“Preferred 名字” in 工作日) 和 pronoun(s) are optional fields that you can update yourself in 工作日.

How to Update Employee 目录 Data

To update information in your 目录 record, please contact 人力资源.
To update your 目录的照片, log into the Bowdoin OneCard Web Center 和 click "Submit ID 照片". Once approved, new photos will update in the directory 和 other campus systems.

How to Update Employee 目录 Privacy Settings

Your 目录 record 和目录的照片 have three privacy setting options:

员工 wanting to a) restrict their 目录 record to the Bowdoin network or b) publish their 目录的照片—either on the Bowdoin network or worldwide—can use the Online 目录 Change 信息m.

员工 wanting to restrict their 目录 record altogether (i.e., set the entire record to “请勿展示”) for security 和/or legal reasons must contact 人力资源 by phone (207-725-3688).

学生

The 司法常务官办公室 manages student data in Banner.

你生前的名字, 买球平台的电子邮件地址, 校园邮箱, campus-issued 电话号码, 和 residence are added through the enrollment process.
Your 目录的照片 is added through the first-year photo submission process leading up to enrollment.
你生前的名字和 pronoun(s) are optional fields that you can update yourself through the Enrollment Form process.

How to Edit Student 目录 Data

学生 may update their 目录 data each semester through the Enrollment Form. If you need to make changes to your information once the open period of the Enrollment Form has closed, 你可提交 Student Biographical Change Form.

How to Update Student 目录 Privacy Settings

学生 may update their 目录 privacy settings each semester through the Enrollment Form’s “Privacy” tab. Each field has a dropdown menu where you can select your privacy setting for that field.

If you need to make changes to your privacy settings once the open period of the Enrollment Form has closed, you may submit changes via the Student Biographical Change Form using the “Other” section.
